Rabbi Aharon Zerbib, a 2013 graduate, is a Sephardi Israeli rabbi. Rabbi Zerbib grew up in England and France and his prior experience includes time with Amiel, a teaching programme in Israel and the Diaspora and as Assistant Rabbi at the Vienna Synagogue in Tel Aviv. He has an amazing pedigree for the role, being the 11th generation of Rabbis in his family. Rabbi Zerbib, who has an Advanced Torah Studies education, has worked as a Spiritual Counsellor in Jerusalem for new immigrant youths from France, as well as in a variety of community positions and was the Chief Rabbi of Bulgaria from 2012 until 2015. He also worked at Northwood United Synagogue, London, England, from December 2015 – 2023.
